A new XLerate experience is coming November 20^th to Toronto, an XLerate Symposium. This year’s theme is which fire do you put out first? We’re not putting on a conference where we’ll tell you what your major challenges and opportunities are. We’re hosting a limited-seat symposium for leaders, where the common major challenges and opportunities are explored.

Step one: identify the issues: 

• Organizational wellness, burnout and culture
• Stale tropes and narratives
• Governance, the role of boards, leadership challenges
• Branding, positioning, and the fight for relevance when corporations seem like they’re doing a better job than nonprofits are
• AI AI AI…everyone’s using it, no one knows what the strategy is, everyone’s too shy to admit it
• Investing in tech or people, and making big decisions when you don’t have the answers
